The Milwaukee Brewers won three of four games against the Los Angeles Dodgers at Dodger Stadium, taking the season series and boosting their playoff confidence after last year's NLCS sweep.

The Brewers' pitching staff dominated in the final two games, with Jacob Misiorowski delivering a gem on Saturday and Logan Henderson out-dueling Dodgers star Tarik Skubal on Sunday. Misiorowski, the NL Cy Young frontrunner, lowered his MLB-best ERA to 1.75 with six innings of one-run work.

'I think it lets everybody in the clubhouse know that we can play with these guys,' said Brewers first baseman Jake Bauers, who reached base five times in Sunday's finale. The win has potential postseason implications as both teams compete for a first-round bye. wlop.pl
