Sanders Named NFLPA Community MVP

Cleveland Browns quarterback Shedeur Sanders was named the NFL Players Association's Community MVP for Week 3 after visiting East Cleveland public schools. During his visits, Sanders donated and distributed 500 backpacks filled with school supplies and provided pizza and ice cream for those in attendance.

"I truly believe in perfect timing, and being named Community MVP means a lot," Sanders said. "What matters most is those kids knowing they are seen, they are heard and they are felt." The NFLPA will donate $10,000 to Sanders's foundation, making him eligible for the Alan Page Award at year-end. tr-sport.click
