Alvin Kamara will be sidelined for at least a month after spraining his MCL during a joint Cowboys practice, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara suffered a sprained medial collateral ligament in Tuesday’s joint practice with the Dallas Cowboys and will miss at least a month of action. The 31‑year‑old, who signed a renegotiated deal for the 2026 season, had 471 rushing yards and one touchdown in 2025, plus 186 receiving yards on 33 catches.
